Materials - Doyuyo!

All chicken and meat products used in the Doyuyo! menu are prepared in our own Meat Production and Processing Facility operating in an approximately 1500 m2 closed area in Idealtepe, Istanbul.

Chicken products prepared from 100% drumstick and 100% fillet are rested for 12 hours in Doyuyo!'s special marinades, sauced with flavouring spice mixtures and packaged.

Pattires for burger products are also prepared in these facilities with 100% Beef. Doyuyo!'s meat and chicken products are shipped to all branches fresh and daily, without being frozen.

The Burger buns on the Doyuyo! menu, as well as Tenders Royale sandwich buns, are produced in our own production facility under the Pan Artisan brand with the highest quality raw materials.

Equipped with high technology and with a daily production capacity of 20 thousand units, Pan Artisan also produces customized solutions for many well-known brands in Turkey, apart from Doyuyo!. Pan Artisan aims to produce 110 thousand units and above daily in 2025.

Since day one, Doyuyo! has been offering flavours that appeal to a wide range of palates with its special sauces and sauce and spice mixtures inspired by different cuisines of the world.

R&D studies on these mixtures and the production of all sauce and spice mixtures on the menu are carried out in the facility located in Gebze Şekerpınar with a closed area of 3,000 m2.

Doyuyo! sauces are served in restaurants under hygienic conditions in special closed packaging.
 

Doyuyo!'s fried chickens, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, are prepared with its special homemade crispy coating. As a result of long trials, Doyuyo! has packaged its expertise in healthy, delicious and “sufficiently crispy” coating under the Çıtırpan brand and offers its special mixture, which can be used for frying vegetables and meat besides chicken, in special packages.
