Following a comprehensive preparation and R&D process, Doyuyo! began providing service under the PardoFood brand with its first branch in Özdilek Park Istanbul in 2019. With its past experiences in the field of food and beverage, Doyuyo! has a dynamic infrastructure that allows for rapid growth and has reached 10 branches in the first 3 months. Doyuyo!, which prepares the fried chicken flavor popular in different parts of the world with gourmet marination techniques and unique spice mixtures without compromising on the priority of top quality raw materials, has quickly gained regulars with its crispy fried chicken menus.
Prepared from inner fillet, marinated for 12 hours, coated with its homemade coating, spiced and then crispy fried, Tenders became a flavor legend with gourmet sauces complementing its delicious taste and a menu consisting of pesto&cheddar fusilli, coleslaw salad and fried potatoes.
Doyuyo!, which has been positioned itself differently from other food court concepts since the day it opened, has gone beyond the fast food category with its philosophy of good raw materials, perfect presentation and unique flavour. Doyuyo!, which aims to design its restaurants as comfortable, warm and unique place in the fast casual concept, offers not only good food but also a good experience environment for its customers with its a la carte menu and table service.
Doyuyo! meets its customers in different parts of Turkey with 50 branches today and aims to reach 100 branches by the end of 2025.
PardoFood
PardoFood was founded in 2012 by an experienced team that has worked in the food industry for many years.
In 2012, PardoFood launched the concept of Tavuk Dünyası/Gagava, and in 2017, it transformed the brand into a chain with a total of 140 branches with a high brand awareness in Turkey. Tavuk Dünyası was acquired by Mediterra Capital in 2017.
PardoFood launched the qualified coffee chain Carmelo Coffee in 2018 and Doyuyo! concept in 2019. In 2020, the Pan Artisan brand was founded with an investment of 2000 m2 closed area in Gebze to produce top quality, additive-free and delicious burger and sandwich buns for Doyuyo! While the Carmelo Coffee brand serves with 14 branches in different parts of Turkey, Pan Artisan brand has become one of the important bun suppliers of the sector in a short time.
PardoFood, which is guided by the philosophy of good product and good service, continues to bring new brands to the food and beverage sector and to make good investments in Turkey and in the world with these brands.
